We operate in a specialist area of the UK packaging market, designing and manufacturing quick assemble, cleverly designed corrugated packaging for the e-commerce and retail trade.
The business has undergone a significant transformation over recent years, with investment in new key machinery and premises. We are privileged to have built a mighty talented team already who work towards the same goal: to deliver excellent and innovative solutions for our clients.

David Kelso our Managing Director.
David Kelso, Ready Case Limited’s Managing Director, has been with the company for over 25 years, taking the reins from Clifford Kelso, the founder of Ready Case. He has built on the foundations to create a modern and innovative company with a bright future.
Edward Kelso our Director of Operations.
Edward, Ready Case Limited’s Director of Operations, joined the company in 2015 and held many roles throughout the business before becoming the Director of Operations. With the knowledge he has acquired throughout, he has helped modernise Ready Case and improved efficiency throughout.
Ian Godwin our Sales Director.
Headed by our Sales Director, Ian Godwin, our sales team crisscross the country, forging connections and spreading the word about our innovative packaging solutions. With their charisma and expertise, they are not just salesmen, they are ambassadors of our brand, building relationships and opening doors wherever they go.

From our machine operators who keep the operation running like clockwork, to the maintenance team who ensure that our machinery operates at optimal efficiency.
